HSRs can choose their preferred training provider: "All elected HSRs/DHSRs are entitled to attend WorkSafe approved HSR OHS training and choose their course in consultation with their employer" under section 67 of The Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.

Note that enrolments/registrations completed by an employer representative will not meet requirements.
